Attention 8th Grade Families:

 

Our 8th-grade Promotion Ceremony is quickly approaching! Please read the following important information:

 

1  - Save the Date – Our 8th-grade Promotion Ceremony is scheduled for May 20th, 6PM.

 

2 – Dedication – You, or a loved one, can write a dedication to your 8th grader to be included in the 8th-grade Promotion Ceremony Program. The fee is $10 for up to 75 words.  Please follow this direct link to order:  https://mcmspto.membershiptoolkit.com/form/m/370150The deadline to order is April 27th, by midnight.  

 

3 - Baby Pictures - We will have a slideshow to be presented during the Promotion Ceremony.  We are requesting ONE picture (that you and your child agree on) around the age of 1. Don't have a picture of your child as a baby? No problem! Simply use your favorite picture of your student as a child. Please use this Google form to submit pictures. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY before submitting the form. https://forms.gle/L1iQ9aWFMLkB1EQ8A The deadline is April 29th, by midnight. 

 

4 - Yard Sign - If you would like to purchase a yard sign for your 8th grader, the cost is $15.  Order yours online today: https://mcmspto.membershiptoolkit.com/form/m/367554The deadline to order is March 31st, by midnight

 

5 - Class Shirt - Order your Maverick a shirt for Spring Day (aka Field Day) to commemorate the day and all their classmates. The front of the shirt has the 2026 Spring Day design, and the back will list all the names of this year's 8th Grade class. 6. Flower Sale - 8th grade FLOWER FUNDRAISER  for Nolensville High School - Please choose the flower option of $11.00 for the bouquet and/or the boutonnière option for $6.

The Nolensville High PTSO has boutonnières and small 3 flower bouquets for purchase for your 8th graders for their promotion ceremony. All proceeds go to the Class of 2030 Senior Perk Fund as their first fundraiser to help make their senior year exciting and FUN!! Please click the link to purchase, and pick-up will be before the promotion that evening at MCMS and right before the ceremony at SMS. Location is TBD and will be posted the week of on our FB page and through an email. Deadline to order is April 28th at 11:59pm.
